  • Our shuttle is not currently equipped for wheelchair access. However, we’re happy to accommodate guests through our Valet Service — simply leave your car with us, and we’ll handle the rest for a smooth and easy experience.

  • When you’re preparing to leave for your trip:

     

    1. Text or call us about 30 minutes before you arrive so we can prepare for pickup.

    2. Drop your passengers and luggage at the airport first for convenience.

    3. Drive to the Stillwater Parking Garage at 2549 3rd Avenue North, just seven minutes away.

    4. Park between the second and fifth floors so our staff can easily assist you if needed — for example, flashing your lights helps us locate your vehicle, and if your battery dies while you’re gone, we can quickly jump-start it.

    5. We’ll pick you up and drop you off at Door 1 or Door 2 of Billings Logan International Airport.

  • When your flight lands, simply text or call us. The driver in your group should meet our shuttle at the terminal entrance.

    We’ll take you straight back to your vehicle at the Stillwater Parking Garage.

    Baggage typically takes 20–30 minutes to arrive at the carousel, so you’ll often be back to your car before your luggage is ready.

  • Our rates are designed to save you money compared to airport parking:

     

    • $5 less per day

    • $35 less per week

    • $150 less per month

      All while keeping your vehicle in covered, weather-protected parking downtown.
